I began with a floorplan of the building, to get a rough essence of the scalings I needed in order to achieve an accurate representation of the building.
Then i assigned this floorplan to a material and made a base layer.

Then i installed the best free texture available to accurately show a school that was decrepit.This is the rough model of the building, now its time to add detailing and to code some scripts for lights.
